Terms & Conditions

Welcome to [Название компании] (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our cleaning services (“Services”) and form a binding contract between you (“Client”, “you”) and us. By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

1.1 We agree to provide the cleaning Services as described in the quote, proposal or scope of work provided to you, in accordance with the schedule, location and specifications agreed.
1.2 Any additional services not expressly included must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.
1.3 We will supply labour, materials and equipment unless otherwise stated. If you supply materials or equipment, you confirm they are safe and suitable for use.
1.4 We retain the right to refuse or suspend services if conditions on site are unsafe, unsanitary or otherwise unsuitable for normal cleaning operations.

2. Scheduling and Access

2.1 Services will be performed at the time and on the date agreed. You must ensure access to the premises and the areas to be cleaned.
2.2 If our team cannot gain access due to locked doors, alarm systems, or other restrictions, we may charge a lock‑out or missed‑appointment fee.
2.3 We may work outside regular business hours if required and agreed upon — this may incur overtime or after‑hours rates.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 You agree to pay the amount specified in the invoice or quote, according to the payment terms listed. Payments must be made by the due date.
3.2 Late payment may incur interest or late fees as permitted by applicable law. Until payment is made, we may suspend further Services.
3.3 For recurring services, you agree to commit to the payment schedule (weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly) unless cancelled in accordance with cancellation terms.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

4.1 To cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least [ 48 hours ] notice (or as otherwise agreed). Failure to give required notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to [ percentage or fixed amount ] of the scheduled Service.
4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergency) we will notify you and reschedule as soon as feasible without penalty.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 You must prepare the premises for cleaning (e.g., remove personal hazards, secure pets, clear clutter) so that efficient cleaning can occur.
5.2 You accept responsibility for informing us of conditions that may affect safety or performance, including chemical hazards, structural damage, or infection risk.
5.3 We are not responsible for damage or breakage resulting from items that are worn, faulty or improperly maintained prior to cleaning.

6. Liability & Indemnification

6.1 Our liability for any loss or damage caused by our negligence is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant Service (unless prohibited by law).
6.2 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or negligent conduct.
6.3 We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

7.1 If you are unhappy with an aspect of the Service, you must notify us within [ 24 hours ] of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
7.2 Refunds are at our sole discretion and only if we cannot rectify the issue in a timely manner.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with [ 30 days ] written notice once the initial term is complete.
8.2 We may terminate or suspend services immediately in the event of unsafe conditions, non‑payment or breach of Client responsibilities.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

9.1 Any personal or business information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Both parties will keep confidential any non‑public information obtained during the course of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes and the updated version will be effective from the date posted.
10.2 Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [ Страна/Штат ].

12. Entire Agreement
